Meet Your Guide: Astrid Ferguson
Hey Friend! I’m Astrid Ferguson, a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master-Practitioner, Author, and Poet who specializes in helping people embrace their transitions by abolishing their internal blocks so they can take control of their work/life balance and get back to having fun.
Over the course of this past year, my clients and myself have been experiencing abnormal amounts of grief due to these unprecedented times. I’ve both succeeded and failed in recalibrating my thoughts and emotions. I’ve had to navigate going from working in corporate Pharma full-time to full-time entrepreneur in the midst of a pandemic without a transitional plan. Scary, I know! That’s why I’ve charted my progress to find what works and what doesn’t in choosing what brings me and my clients joy.
I’ve also interviewed women with diverse backgrounds to learn from their stories, which you can find on The Call Your Sister Podcast. I’ve heard the same struggles from my clients and friends time and again: “I am so overwhelmed,” or “I don’t know why I can’t get motivated about anything anymore,” or the biggest one, “I’m ready to go back to normal.”
