Alex Hormozi is a former gym owner who started from humble beginnings, sleeping on the floor of his gym. Despite having a full gym, profitability was a challenge. Over three years, he refined his approach, turning one struggling gym into six packed gyms. Teaming up with Leila, their combined skills and values led to the creation of Gym Launch, which has since transformed over 1,500 gyms across four continents.
